Every player begins their career in a different situation. This requires a personalized marketing plan. Marketing not only includes obtaining appearances and endorsements, but also promoting a player to NFL teams. It is our job to make sure our clients are marketed to each and every team in order to increase the level of success they will achieve during their NFL career.

Bicknell Management Group provides all of our rookie clients with a first-class pre-draft training facility. Although we are amenable to our clients training wherever they prefer, we have partnered with Traction C.S.E to customize a pre-draft program in the same city as our headquarters. This close proximity to the training facility allows us to build very close relationships with our clients.

Traction C.S.E. offers a complete training program to prepare athletes for the 2009 NFL Combine. The program maintains a very low athlete-to-coach ratio which allows for maximum attention for our clients.

Upon arriving in Baton Rouge, each client will receive a thorough performance assessment to measure his physical state and nutritional level before he begins training. After the evaluation, Traction’s staff will customize a workout based on each client’s strengths and weaknesses.

Traction is owned and operated by Mack Chuilli, who previously worked with Macky Shilstone of D-1 in Nashville. Traction features Tavis Piattoly, who works as the New Orleans Saints nutritionist, along with Brett Bech, a former LSU and Saints WR who serves as the Jacksonville Jaguars speed coach.

In addition to providing training, Traction also offers our clients furnished apartments to stay in while training. Meals and supplementation are also provided to ensure every client is able to achieve their nutritional goals.
